Delivery

We only deliver within the Netherlands. We do not deliver packages to service pick-up points. However, you can schedule an appointment to pick up your package.

Carrier

We transport our packages with an external postal service. All orders placed on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

All displayed products are in stock with us or with our suppliers. For almost all orders, if ordered before 23:59, they are dispatched the next working day.

This remains an indication, so we cannot guarantee this (especially for larger and heavier orders). If a product is not in stock, we will notify you by phone or email. The package shipments come with a Track and Trace code.

We would like to inform you that packages can no longer be picked up at Pickup parcel shops. This is due to the new measures that came into effect on December 15. For private addresses, it is customary for your package to be delivered to a Pickup parcel shop after the first delivery attempt. Unfortunately, due to the closure of a large number of these shops, this is no longer possible. Therefore, packages will now be returned after an unsuccessful third delivery attempt. For all business addresses, there will be no second delivery attempt, as many of these locations will be closed. The packages will be returned after the first delivery attempt.

Prices

All displayed prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs.

Returns

1.) Buyer has 14 days after the product has been received by him or a third party designated by him (not the carrier) to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons. This period starts on the day after the product, or in the case of partial delivery, after all products/components of the order have been received by or on behalf of the buyer.
2.) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform Bubbles Creation by an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing by post or email) of his decision. The buyer can send the clearly formulated statement to sales@bubblescreation.nl.
3.) The buyer must then return the products as soon as possible – but no later than 14 days after issuing the statement referred to in paragraph 2 – in the manner indicated by Bubbles Creation.
4.) Return of the products must be sent by registered mail in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation), with the original or similar protective material, and in the condition in which the buyer received them, i.e., undamaged and intact. Direct costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer.
5.) During the reflection period, the buyer will handle the products and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the products to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. The buyer is only liable for the depreciation of the products resulting from the use thereof beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
6.) After successful withdrawal, Bubbles Creation will refund the amounts paid by the buyer (including initial delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the statement referred to in paragraph 2. Bubbles Creation may wait with the refund until it has received all products back or until the buyer has demonstrated that he has returned the products, whichever occurs first.
7.) If the buyer has chosen a more expensive method of initial delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, Bubbles Creation does not have to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.

Liability

Check the contents immediately upon receipt. If any parts are missing or arrive damaged, please email us immediately after receipt with your order number + any photos.

The delivery times are an indication of the external postal service and can never be guaranteed 100%.

Pick-up

It is also possible to pick up your order. After confirming your order, you can contact us to schedule an appointment.

It is not possible to pick up your package at a service pick-up point.
